The Jaguars punched the Giants in the mouth all night long.  David Garrard had a solid game completing 19 of 32 passes for 249 yards.  He also carried the ball 9 times for 31 yards (3.4 ypc).  Fred Taylor had a decent game with 24 carries for 79 yards (3.3 ypc) and a TD.  Maurice Drew carried the ball 9 times for 45 yards (5.0 ypc) and a TD.  Ernest Wilford (5 rec, 72 yards) and George Wrighster (4 rec, 54 yards) were the leading receivers for the Jags.

Clint Ingram (6 tackles, INT) and Deion Grant (3 tackles, INT) led the way on defense for the Jags on Monday night.  The Jags held the Giants to 25 yards rushing on 14 carries (1.8 ypc).  The Giants only completed 19 of 41 passes for 222 net yards thru the air.

The Jags really needed this win as it got them to 6-4 and back in the playoff chase.
